The event aimed to support women in their job search and career re-entry. The fair featured several key areas: meeting employers, accessing current job openings, receiving one-on-one career counseling, and gaining a better understanding of the modern job market.
Participants spoke with company representatives, learned about open positions, participated in mini-interviews, worked on their resumes, and received practical advice on next steps in their job search.

In the lecture area, HR experts, psychologists, and employment center specialists helped participants navigate the intricacies of the modern job market. Women received advice on how to adapt their career strategies to new conditions, effectively present their experience, and tap into their inner resources for professional development.
The event also featured a creative space where participants could take a break from the daily grind, recharge through art therapy, and find inspiration for new achievements among like-minded peers.

For participants who attended the event with children, a children’s area was available so that women could fully focus on interacting with employers and professional training while their little ones were supervised by professional animators in a safe and playful atmosphere.
The activities are being implemented as part of the project: “Strengthening access and service provision for SRH and GBV support among conflict-affected women and girls in eastern and southern Ukraine” in collaboration with the international humanitarian organization CARE, with the support of the Federal Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Germany.
