The forum brought together partners, international and national organizations, experts, and practitioners working in the field of mental health and psychosocial support in Ukraine.
The first day was dedicated to analyzing changes in the demand for psychological support, as well as identifying practices that work under current conditions. Special attention was paid to the quality of services and the alignment of approaches within the sector.
The second day focused on those providing assistance. Participants discussed team support, professional burnout, supervision, and organizations’ responsibility for the well-being of specialists. Issues related to the development of legislation in the field of mental health were also raised.
The meeting focused on rethinking approaches to providing psychological support in the humanitarian sector. Discussions centered on the current needs of people affected by the war, the effectiveness of existing tools, and the need to transition to systemic, long-term solutions.

Participation in such professional events provides an opportunity to align approaches, strengthen cooperation, and develop a shared vision for the development of the psychological support system in Ukraine.
The event was held with the support of UK aid from the Government of the United Kingdom and implemented within the framework of the PULSE National Consortium, coordinated by the Right to Protection Charitable Foundation.
