To implement our projects, we engage experts in psychology, law, education and medicine, ensuring the highest work standards even during the war.
Vacancies
Inspirer and visionary of the NGO Girls. Responsible for implementing the strategy, interacting with partners and managing a team of 300 people. Holds a PhD in Sociology. Ambassador for Gender Equality in Ukraine. Winner of The Anne Klein Women's Award in 2024.
Has been managing the NGO’s financial team since 2019. Responsible for the organization’s financial capacity and sustainability. Has about 20 years of experience working with international and Ukrainian donors. Has a master's degree in Finance and Law.
Deputy Director for Operations since September 2024. Manages the organization's operating activities, responsible for ensuring the effective work of the team and setting up the organization's internal processes. Has been working in the public sector for 6 years. Has a degree in Psychology and Pedagogy.
A specialist in advocacy for women's leadership and combating gender-based violence. Has experience in project management, team building, event coordination, effective communication and grant writing. Co-chairs the GiHA cross-sectoral group as a representative of the NGO Girls,. Has a degree in Philology. Has been with the organization since December 2023.
Manages the preparation and analysis of contracts with contractors, oversees the execution of documents with project service providers and monitors changes in legislation to ensure the effective operation of the organization. Holds a Master's degree in Law and Finance and is pursuing a PhD in International Law.
Head of the Procurement Department at the NGO Girls since January 2022. Responsible for procurement activities in accordance with internal policies and donor standards. Strives to create a transparent procurement system for NGOs in Ukraine. Has a degree in Psychology and 7 years of experience in CSOs.
Head of the HR Department at the NGO Girls since December 2024. Has over 16 years of experience in HR management. Since October 2023, has been working at the NGO Girls being engaged in sourcing, adaptation and development of the team. Has 5 years of experience in teaching and coaching. Author of research papers on financial topics. Actively involved in volunteering and has raised over UAH 1 million for the needs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Holds a Master's degree in Management and Administration.
Since December 2022, has been the Head of the Analytics Department at the NGO Girls responsible for coordinating the work of the Monitoring and Evaluation, Service Quality Control and Analytics Departments. Ensures the development and implementation of the organization's project monitoring and evaluation system. Has in-depth knowledge of research methodology and experience in conducting both qualitative and quantitative research. Experienced moderator of focus groups and interviews with various audiences. Has 17 years of experience in conducting sociological and marketing research.
Responsible for monitoring and reporting to partners on project implementation. Has extensive experience in sociological research and project management. Started her career in 2005 as an interviewer, and later held positions as a Field Manager and Project Management Specialist in leading Ukrainian research companies. Has been at the NGO Girls since February 2022.
