Has a Master's degree in Public Administration and Management. Able to turn complex challenges into successful initiatives, particularly in decentralization, social services and crisis management. In addition to implementing international projects, trains teams to work effectively under conditions of uncertainty. Completed the Crisis Leadership Programme (Seed) in 2023.

Financial Manager with experience in project management. Ensures full transparency of the organization's financial operations, prepares detailed reports for donors and controls expenses.

Has been working at NGO “Girls” since 2024, and since May 2025 worked as a Project Assistant. Currently coordinates projects and supports their high-quality implementation. In her work, she focuses on organizing processes, fostering collaboration with teams and partners, and ensuring effective communication. She values teamwork, open communication, and the opportunity to create a safe and supportive environment for people in need of assistance.
