Since December 2022, has been the Head of the Analytics Department at the NGO Girls responsible for coordinating the work of the Monitoring and Evaluation, Service Quality Control and Analytics Departments. Ensures the development and implementation of the organization's project monitoring and evaluation system. Has in-depth knowledge of research methodology and experience in conducting both qualitative and quantitative research. Experienced moderator of focus groups and interviews with various audiences. Has 17 years of experience in conducting sociological and marketing research.

Author of a book blog and a book for teenage girls about gender stereotypes. Co-author of a collection about women in the military called "It's Her Who's Fighting". Has a degree in Publishing and Editing.
