Oleksandra Horiacheva

Head of the HR Department at the NGO Girls since December 2024. Has over 16 years of experience in HR management. Since October 2023, has been working at the NGO Girls being engaged in sourcing, adaptation and development of the team. Has 5 years of experience in teaching and coaching. Author of research papers on financial topics. Actively involved in volunteering and has raised over UAH 1 million for the needs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Holds a Master's degree in Management and Administration.

Project Manager who started her career at the NGO Girls in 2021 as a Regional Coordinator and tutor of the "Health without Shame" lessons. Has a Master's degree in Public Administration and Management. Able to turn complex challenges into successful initiatives, particularly in decentralization, social services and crisis management. In addition to implementing international projects, trains teams to work effectively under conditions of uncertainty. Completed the Crisis Leadership Programme (Seed) in 2023.

Communication Manager, has been covering the NGO's activities on social media since May 2024. Early Childhood Education Specialist and Speech Therapist, trained at the School of Practical Psychology. Passionate about graphic design, literature and sports.
