Has experience in project management, team building, event coordination, effective communication and grant writing. Co-chairs the GiHA cross-sectoral group as a representative of the NGO Girls,. Has a degree in Philology. Has been with the organization since December 2023.

HR Manager with many years of experience in the social sector and document management. Specializes in organizing documents and managing information flows, quickly adapts to new requirements, works with confidential data and strictly follows internal procedures. In December 2023, started working at the NGO Girls as an administrator of the women's space, and later joined the HR Department, where she supports the recruitment, sourcing and development of the staff.

Responsible for monitoring and reporting to partners on project implementation. Has extensive experience in sociological research and project management. Started her career in 2005 as an interviewer, and later held positions as a Field Manager and Project Management Specialist in leading Ukrainian research companies. Has been at the NGO Girls since February 2022.
