Educational and informational sessions for children and adolescents on GBV-related risks will be implemented in: Sumy Oblast, Chernihiv Oblast, Kharkiv Oblast, Dnipropetrovsk Oblast, Zaporizhzhia Oblast, Mykolaiv Oblast, and Kirovohrad Oblast (online or offline, depending on the security situation).

Project overview
The project aims to provide life-saving protection and support services to civilians affected by the war in Ukraine. The main focus areas include psychosocial support, prevention and response to gender-based violence (GBV), and assistance to the most vulnerable population groups.
Project goal
To respond to the urgent needs of affected populations through a locally embedded, evidence-based approach and the provision of comprehensive protection and assistance services for women, children, and other vulnerable groups.
Who is the project for?
children, including girls and boys from families requiring additional support;
women and girls who have experienced or are at risk of gender-based violence;
individuals facing multiple life challenges, including single-parent households;
low-income households and large families.
Key areas of project work:
individual and group psychosocial support for children and adults;
case management for survivors of gender-based violence;
informational and educational sessions for children and adolescents on GBV-related risks, personal boundaries, consent,
hygiene, and reproductive health.
