The NGO “GIRLS” invites you to submit a proposal for the provision of data management services, development and technical support of a data management system.
Complete applications must be submitted in Ukrainian in one copy with the following marking: “PF-SIDA-Girls-2026-14-RFP: Data management services, development and technical support of a data management system” no later than 23:59, September 21, 2026.
Applications sent to a different address or in a different form than that provided for in this Request for Proposal, or in which the appropriate level of confidentiality is not observed, or received after the specified date and time, will be rejected.
This Request for Proposal is announced for the purpose of concluding a contract for the purchase of services:
Lot 1. Services for the design and development of a system for collecting, consolidating, storing, processing and visualizing data.
Lot 2. Services for technical support of the data management system and work with existing databases and data sources.
A detailed description of the service is set out in the Terms of Reference, which is an integral part of this Request.
Place of provision of services: Services are provided remotely. Working meetings are held online according to a schedule agreed with the Customer. If necessary and by separate agreement of the parties, offline meetings may be held.
Service provision period:
September 2026 - December 2026
September 2028 - December 2028.
Number of contractors involved: Based on the results of the tender, it is planned to conclude a contract with one or two (according to the number of LOTs) contractors for the provision of services.

Please submit a proposal containing the following list of documents:
Valid document of state registration
A valid document confirming the stay is provided by the participant(s) on the relevant taxation system.
Duly completed and signed Annex A. Supplier Registration Form
Copy of higher education diploma. Portfolio/Resume of the participant(s). The document should write a detailed description of the qualifications and relevant experience
Duly signed Annex Б. Technical Specification
Duly signed Annex В. Financial Proposal
Certificates, Letters of Recommendation (if any).
