Mandatory documents for participation in the competition:
Duly completed and signed Supplier Registration Form (Appendix A) sent in PDF format.
Appendix B. Financial proposal with signature and seal (if any), sent in PDF format.
Valid document on state registration.
Valid document confirming the participant's stay in the relevant taxation system.
Copies of diplomas, certificates or other documents confirming education in the field of social sciences, pedagogy, psychology, gender studies or related disciplines, indicating the specialty, educational institution and year of completion of studies.
Documentary evidence of confirmed training or certification in mentoring, coaching, facilitation, psychology, adult education or related areas.
Resume of the participant in the competition.Copies of contracts, acts, acts, letters of recommendation or letters of confirmation from customers (if available).
