The project “Promoting Women’s Equality in the Field of Labor Law and Gender-Oriented Advocacy in Ukraine” is implemented by the NGO “Divchata” in partnership with SODI with the support of the Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development of Germany.
The project envisages the implementation of at least 9 advocacy and communication campaigns, which will be implemented in three waves, the approximate implementation periods of which are as follows:
the first wave — June–September 2026;
the second wave — December–February 2026-2027;
the third wave — May–August 2027.
The services of the media expert include support for all stages of campaign implementation — from preparation and planning to monitoring implementation, analysis of results and preparation of summarized materials based on the results of the campaigns.
This Request for Proposal is being advertised for the purpose of concluding a contract for the procurement of the services of an advocacy expert to support advocacy and communication campaigns with the details set out in this Request for Proposal.
Complete applications must be submitted in Ukrainian in a single copy and marked: “RFP No. PF.2503UA160/08: Послуги медіа експерта/-ки для супроводу адвокаційно-інформаційних кампаній” no later than 23:59, April 09, 2026.
Required list of documents for participation in the tender:
A valid document on state registration.
A valid document confirming the participant's presence in the relevant taxation system.
A duly completed and signed Supplier Registration Form (Annex A).
Resume of key experts who will provide services.
A duly signed Technical Specification (Annex B).
A duly signed Financial Proposal (Annex C).
Copies of diplomas of key experts who will provide services.
Copies of certificates (if any) of key experts who will provide services.
