NGO “Girls” proposes to submit a proposal for the services of a Procurement Assistant.
The services are being purchased within the framework of a project implemented within the framework of the WONA Consortium in cooperation with NGO “Girls”, NGO “Voice of Romney” and BO “Convictus Ukraine”.
This Request for Proposal is announced for the purpose of concluding a contract for the procurement of the services of a Procurement Assistant with the details set out in the Terms of Reference, which is an integral part of this Request for Proposals (RFP) No. PF.WONA-Girls-2026-10-RFP.
Geography: Office of NGO “Girls” in Kyiv and/or remotely using electronic communication means.
Please submit a proposal containing the following list of documents:
A valid document of state registration.
A valid document confirming the participant's presence in the relevant taxation system.
A duly completed and signed Supplier Registration Form (Annex A).
Resumes of key experts who will provide services.
A duly signed Technical Specification (Annex B).
A duly signed Financial Proposal (Annex C).
Copies of certificates, diplomas or certificates of training/advanced training in specialized areas.
Copies of recommendations from previous employers or Customers (if available).
