NGO “Girls” proposes to submit a proposal for the services of a Regional Security Manager.
The services are being purchased within the framework of a project implemented within the framework of the WONA Consortium in cooperation with NGO “Girls”, NGO “Voice of Romney” and BO “Convictus Ukraine”.
This Request for Proposal is announced for the purpose of concluding a contract for the procurement of services of a Regional Security Manager with the details set out in the Terms of Reference, which is an integral part of this Request for Proposals (RFP) No. PF.WONA-Girls-2026-12-RFP.
Geography: Services are provided remotely using electronic communication means.
If necessary, the contractor will operate in the designated project implementation region, participate in meetings and coordination events online and, if necessary, offline.
It is planned to involve:
1 Regional Security Manager for Zaporizhia region (preference is given to candidates residing in Zaporizhia);
1 Regional Security Manager for Kharkiv region (preference is given to candidates residing in Kharkiv);
1 Regional Security Manager for Dnipropetrovsk region (preference is given to candidates residing in Dnipro);
1 Regional Security Manager for Mykolaiv and Kherson regions (preference is given to candidates residing in Mykolaiv).
Please submit a proposal containing the following list of documents:
A valid document of state registration.
A valid document confirming the participant's presence in the relevant taxation system.
A duly completed and signed Supplier Registration Form (Annex A).
Resumes of key experts who will provide services.
A duly signed Technical Specification (Annex B).
A duly signed Financial Proposal (Annex C).
Copies of recommendations from previous employers or Customers (if any).
Copies of certificates, diplomas or certificates of training/advanced training in specialized areas.
A copy of the education diploma.
