NGO “Girls” proposes to submit a proposal for services under 2 (two) components:
Component 1. Research services contractor to conduct a participatory qualitative research on the needs and risks among war-affected women, girls and other vulnerable groups.
Component 2. Research services contractor to conduct an applied study on the perceptions, barriers and accessibility of feedback mechanisms among the affected population in Ukraine.
The services are being purchased within the framework of a project implemented within the framework of the WONA Consortium in cooperation with NGO “Girls”, NGO “Association of Roma Women “Holos Romni”” and VBO “Convictus Ukraine” with the support of the Federal Foreign Office of Germany.
This Request for Proposal is hereby issued for the purpose of awarding a contract for the procurement of services for qualitative assessments and evaluations with the participation of participants, with the details set out in the Terms of Reference, which is an integral part of this Request for Proposals (RFP) No. PF.WONA-Girls-2026-22-RFP.
Please submit a proposal containing the following list of documents:
A valid document on state registration.
A valid document confirming the participant's presence on the relevant taxation system.
A duly completed and signed Supplier Registration Form (Annex A).
A resume of key experts who will provide the services.
A duly signed Technical Specification (Annex B).
A duly signed Financial Proposal (Annex C).
