NGO "Girls" invites proposals for legal services.
These services are being procured as part of a project implemented by the WONA Consortium—comprising NGO "Girls," NGO "Roma Women’s Association 'Holos Romni'," and All-Ukrainian Charitable Organization "Convictus Ukraine"—with the support of the German Federal Foreign Office.
This Request for Proposals (RFP) is issued to award a contract for legal services, with details outlined in the Terms of Reference, which form an integral part of this RFP (No. PF.WONA-Girls-2026-31-RFP).
Services will be provided within communities in the Zaporizhzhia, Kharkiv, and Mykolaiv regions in accordance with the approved mobile team field visit schedule, as well as remotely (online) for beneficiaries referred by consortium partners from the Chernihiv, Ivano-Frankivsk, Chernivtsi, Kyiv, and Zakarpattia regions.
Please submit a proposal containing the following documents:
A valid document confirming state registration.
A valid document confirming the participant's current tax status.
A duly completed and signed Supplier Registration Form (Annex A).
CVs of the key experts who will provide the services.
A duly signed Technical Specification (Annex B).
A duly signed Financial Proposal (Annex C).
Copies of diplomas of the key experts who will provide the services.
Copies of training certificates in areas such as legal aid, human rights protection, humanitarian response, gender-based violence (GBV), child protection, or other relevant professional development areas (if available).
Copies of letters of recommendation from previous employers or clients (if available).
