NGO "Girls" invites proposals for the services of a trainer specializing in the prevention of and response to GBV (Gender-Based Violence) and CRSV (Conflict-Related Sexual Violence).
These services are being procured as part of a project implemented by the WONA Consortium—comprising NGO "Girls," NGO "Roma Women's Association 'Holos Romni'," and All-Ukrainian Charitable Organization "Convictus Ukraine"—with the support of the German Federal Foreign Office.
This Request for Proposals (RFP) is issued to award a contract for trainer services regarding GBV and CRSV prevention and response, in accordance with the details set out in the Terms of Reference, which form an integral part of this RFP (No. PF.WONA-Girls-2026-29-RFP).
Services are to be provided in-person in the Dnipropetrovsk, Kharkiv, Zaporizhzhia, Mykolaiv, Kherson, Chernihiv, Ivano-Frankivsk, Chernivtsi, and Zakarpattia regions, as well as in the city of Kyiv and the Kyiv region, according to a schedule agreed upon with the project coordinator.
Please submit a proposal containing the following documents:
A valid document confirming state registration.
A valid document confirming the participant's current tax status.
A duly completed and signed Supplier Registration Form (Annex A).
CVs of the key experts who will provide the services.
A duly signed Technical Specification (Annex B).
A duly signed Financial Proposal (Annex C).
Copies of diplomas of the key experts who will provide the services.
Copies of certificates held by the key experts who will provide the services (if available).
Copies of letters of recommendation from previous employers or clients (if available).
