The NGO "Girls" invites proposals for the services of trainers specializing in sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR) and the prevention of gender-based violence (GBV).
These services are being procured as part of a project implemented by the WONA Consortium—comprising the NGO "Girls," the NGO "Roma Women's Association 'Voice of Romni'," and the All-Ukrainian Charitable Organization "Convictus Ukraine"—with the support of the German Federal Foreign Office.
This Request for Proposals (RFP) is issued to award a contract for trainer services covering SRHR and GBV prevention, in accordance with the specifications detailed in the Terms of Reference (ToR), which constitute an integral part of this RFP (No. PF.WONA-Girls-2026-30-RFP).
Services are to be provided both online and offline in the Dnipropetrovsk, Kharkiv, Zaporizhzhia, Mykolaiv, Kherson, Chernihiv, Ivano-Frankivsk, Chernivtsi, and Zakarpattia regions, as well as in the city of Kyiv and the Kyiv region, according to a schedule agreed upon with the project coordinator.
Please submit a proposal containing the following documents:
A valid document confirming state registration.
A valid document confirming the participant's current tax status.
A duly completed and signed Supplier Registration Form (Annex A).
CVs of the key experts who will provide the services.
A duly signed Technical Specification (Annex B).
A duly signed Financial Proposal (Annex C).
Copies of diplomas (in pedagogy, medicine, psychology, law, gender studies, or related disciplines) of the key experts who will provide the services.
Copies of certificates held by the key experts who will provide the services (if available).
Copies of letters of recommendation from previous employers or clients (if available).
