The project aims to strengthen the capacity of at least 520 people affected by the war in Ukraine, as well as activists in the field of labor rights and non-discrimination. Project participants gain the knowledge and skills necessary to effectively advocate for labor rights, promote gender equality, and combat structural discrimination against women in working life, including through participation in public campaigns and initiatives.
The project envisages the implementation of at least 9 advocacy and communication campaigns, which will be implemented in three waves:
the first wave - June-September;
the second wave - December-February;
the third wave - May-August.
The legal support expert provides legal and organizational and procedural support for the implementation of advocacy and communication campaigns within the project.
This Request for Quotations for Services is being announced for the purpose of concluding a contract for the procurement of the services of a Technical Coordinator for Advocacy and Communication Campaigns within the framework of the project with the details set out in this Request.

A valid document on state registration.
A valid document confirming the participant's presence on the relevant taxation system.
A duly completed and signed Supplier Registration Form sent in .pdf format.
A completed Request for Quotations (RFQ) with signature and seal (if any), sent in .pdf format.
A resume of key experts who will provide services with a clear description of experience.
A duly signed Supplier Code of Conduct sent in .pdf format.
A copy of the Higher Education Diploma of key experts who will provide services.
