Mandatory documents for participation in the competition:
1. Properly completed and signed Supplier Registration Form (Annex A) in PDF format.
2. Annex B: Financial proposal, signed and stamped (if applicable), submitted in PDF format.
3. Valid state registration document.
4. Valid document confirming the participant's current tax status/taxation system.
5. Manufacturer's or supplier's warranty card (warranty period: minimum 12 months; 5 years or more for specific goods).
6. Documents confirming the goods (invoice, certificate, or other supporting documents, if available).
7. Certificate and/or declaration of conformity.
