NGO "GIRLS" INVITES YOU TO SUBMIT AN APPLICATION FOR PARTICIPATION IN THE TENDER FOR THE PURCHASE OF TECHNICAL EQUIPMENT TO PROVIDE THE OPERATION OF SAFE SPACES FOR CHILDREN
Within the framework of the implementation of the project "Providing integrated assistance in the field of protection and financial support to persons living in front-line areas, vulnerable IDPs, women, children and families in the northern, eastern and southern regions of Ukraine (SP1, SP2, SP4)" implemented by the NGO "Girls" with the financial support of the Humanitarian Fund for Ukraine, the NGO "Girls" proposes to submit its proposal for the purchase of technical equipment to ensure the operation of safe spaces for children.
The list and technical characteristics of some of the goods listed in the Terms of Reference, which is an integral part of this Application for Participation in the Tender.
The delivery, unloading and loading of goods onto the 1st (first) floor is carried out at the expense of the supplier in accordance with the Logistics Plan, which is an integral part of this Application for Participation in the Tender
Please submit a proposal containing the following list of documents:
A valid document on state registration
A valid document confirming the participant's presence on the relevant taxation system
A duly completed and signed Supplier Registration Form (Annex A.)
A duly signed Financial Proposal (Annex B.)
A minimum of 2 (two) contracts for the supply of similar goods or an information certificate with contacts of previous customers for the last two years, drawn up in any form, to confirm proven experience in the relevant industry.
