As part of the project “Promoting Women’s Equality in Labor Law and Gender-Specific Advocacy in Ukraine”, which is implemented with the financial support of Solidaritätsdienst International (SODI), the NGO “Girls” is purchasing the services of mentors to implement advocacy and communication campaigns.
The project aims to strengthen the capacity of at least 520 people affected by the war in Ukraine, as well as activists in the field of labor rights and non-discrimination. Project participants gain the knowledge and skills necessary to effectively advocate for labor rights, promote gender equality, and combat structural discrimination against women in working life, including through participation in public campaigns and initiatives.
Subject of procurement: Provision of mentor services for the implementation of advocacy and communication campaigns
The scope of the services provided is set out in the Terms of Reference, which is an integral part of this Request for Quotations for Services (RFQ) PF.2503UA160_19

Resume/Portfolio of the tenderer. The document must contain a detailed description of qualifications and relevant experience.
Valid state registration document.
Valid document confirming the participant's presence in the relevant taxation system.
Copy of the tenderer's diploma.
