The NGO "GIRLS" is implementing the project "Strengthening the Resilience and Well-being of Women and Girls Affected by the War in Ukraine" with the support of Plan International Ukraine (PIU).
The project includes preparation for the implementation of a CRM system for the organization in order to improve the efficiency of data management, interaction with beneficiaries, partners and internal processes.
The service does not involve the development of CRM "from scratch", but includes the analytical, preparatory and organizational stages necessary for the further implementation of the system.

Scope of services provided: As set out in the Terms of Reference.
Documents to be submitted by the supplier:
1. Duly completed and signed Supplier Registration Form (Annex A.)
2. Annex B. Financial Proposal with signature and seal (if any), submitted in PDF format.
3. Portfolio/Resume of the participant. The document should contain a detailed description of qualifications and relevant experience.
4. Valid document of state registration.
5. Valid document confirming the participant's stay on the relevant taxation system.
6. Copy of higher education diploma in IT, computer science or related fields.
7. Description of the approach to completing the task (in any format)
