The project aims to strengthen the capacity of at least 520 people affected by the war in Ukraine, as well as activists in the field of labor rights and non-discrimination. Project participants gain the knowledge and skills necessary to effectively advocate for labor rights, promote gender equality, and combat structural discrimination against women in working life, including through participation in public campaigns and initiatives.
The project envisages the implementation of at least 9 advocacy and communication campaigns, which will be implemented in three waves:
the first wave - June-September;
the second wave - December-February;
the third wave - May-August.
The technical coordinator provides support for key stages of campaign implementation - from planning and preparation to implementation and analysis of results.
This Request for Quotations for Services is being announced for the purpose of concluding a contract for the procurement of the services of a Technical Coordinator for Advocacy and Communication Campaigns within the framework of the project with the details set out in this Request.
Complete applications must be submitted in Ukrainian in one copy with the marking: "RFQ.№PF.2503UA160/10 Послуги технічного/ї координатора/ки адвокаційно-комунікаційних кампаній” by March 31, 2026, 23:59.

Resume of key experts who will provide services with a clear description of experience.
