2. LOT 2 — PREPARATION OF MATERIALS AND THEIR DISPLAY IN NATIONAL MEDIA.
3. LOT 3 — DESIGN AND PRINTING OF BOOKLETS.

Documents submitted by the supplier:
1. Resume/portfolio.
2. Information sheet with contacts of previous customers and/or relevant contracts/acts.
3. Duly completed and signed Appendix A. Supplier Registration Form.
4. Completed Request for Quotation RFQ No. PF.SIDA-Girls-2026-03 with signature and seal (if any), sent in PDF format.
5. Valid state registration document.
6. Valid document confirming the participant's presence on the relevant taxation system.
