NGO “Girls” proposes to submit a proposal for the services of a project assistant.
The services are being purchased within the framework of a project implemented within the framework of the WONA Consortium in cooperation with NGO “Girls”, NGO “Voice of Romney” and BO “Convictus Ukraine”.
This Request for Proposal is announced for the purpose of concluding a contract for the procurement of the services of a project assistant with the details set out in the Terms of Reference, which is an integral part of this Request for Proposals (RFP) No. PF.WONA-Girls-2026-06-RFP.
The services are provided remotely using electronic communication means.
If necessary for the implementation of the project, the contractor may be involved in performing tasks in the NGO office in Kyiv, as well as travel to communities in Dnipropetrovsk, Zaporizhia, Kharkiv, Mykolaiv, Kherson, Chernihiv, Ivano-Frankivsk, Chernivtsi, Kyiv and Zakarpattia regions.
Please submit a proposal containing the following list of documents:
A valid document of state registration.
A valid document confirming the participant's presence in the relevant taxation system.
A duly completed and signed Supplier Registration Form (Annex A).
Resumes of key experts who will provide services.
A duly signed Technical Specification (Annex B).
A duly signed Financial Proposal (Annex C).
Copies of diplomas of key experts who will provide services.
Copies of recommendations from previous employers or customers (if available).
