NGO “Girls” invites you to submit a proposal for the services of a psychologist/other mobile team in the Kherson region.
The services are being purchased within the framework of a project implemented within the framework of the WONA Consortium in cooperation with NGO “Divchata”, NGO “Association of Roma Women “Holos Romni”” and VBO “Convictus Ukraine” with the support of the Federal Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Germany.
This Request for Proposal is being announced for the purpose of concluding a contract for the procurement of the services of a mobile team psychologist in the Kherson region with the details set out in the Terms of Reference, which is an integral part of this Request for Proposals (RFP) No. PF.WONA-Girls-2026-23-RFP..
Please submit a proposal containing the following list of documents:
A valid document on state registration.
A valid document confirming the participant's presence on the relevant taxation system.
A duly completed and signed Supplier Registration Form (Annex A.).
Resumes of key experts who will provide the services.
A duly signed Technical Specification (Annex B.)
A duly signed Financial Proposal (Annex C.)
Copies of diplomas of key experts who will provide the services.
Copies of certificates of key experts who will provide services.
Copies of recommendations from previous employers or customers (if available).
