The NGO "Girls" invites proposals for the services of a Psychological First Aid (PFA) trainer.
These services are being procured as part of a project implemented by the WONA Consortium—in collaboration with the NGO "Girls," the NGO "Roma Women's Association 'Holos Romni'," and the All-Ukrainian Charitable Organization "Convictus Ukraine"—with the support of the German Federal Foreign Office.
This Request for Proposals (RFP) is issued to award a contract for PFA trainer services, in accordance with the details set out in the Terms of Reference, which constitute an integral part of this RFP (No. PF.WONA-Girls-2026-32-RFP).
Geographic scope: Dnipropetrovsk, Kharkiv, Zaporizhzhia, Mykolaiv, Kherson, Chernihiv, Ivano-Frankivsk, Chernivtsi, and Zakarpattia regions, as well as the city of Kyiv and the Kyiv region, in accordance with a schedule agreed upon with the project coordinator.
Service provision period:
October – December 2026;
January – June 2028.

A valid document confirming state registration.
A valid document confirming the participant's current tax status.
A duly completed and signed Supplier Registration Form (Annex A).
CVs of the key experts who will provide the services.
A duly signed Technical Specification (Annex B).
A duly signed Financial Proposal (Annex C).
Copies of diplomas of the key experts who will provide the services.
Copies of training and professional development certificates in the relevant field (if available).
Copies of letters of recommendation from previous employers or clients (if available).
