NGO "Girls" invites proposals for services covering two (2) components:
Component 1. Conducting participatory qualitative research on the needs and risks of women, girls, and other vulnerable groups affected by the war.
Component 2. Conducting applied research on the perceptions, barriers, and accessibility of feedback mechanisms among the affected population in Ukraine.
These services are being procured as part of a project implemented by the WONA Consortium—in collaboration with NGO "Girls," NGO "Roma Women’s Association 'Holos Romni'," and All-Ukrainian Charitable Organization "Convictus Ukraine"—with the support of the German Federal Foreign Office.
This Request for Proposals (RFP) is issued to award a contract for qualitative assessments and participatory evaluations, with details outlined in the Terms of Reference (ToR), which constitutes an integral part of this RFP No. PF.WONA-Girls-2026-33-RFP. Geographic Scope: The research will be conducted in Ukraine within the scope of the WONA project.
Please submit a proposal containing the following documents:
A valid state registration document.
A valid document confirming the participant's current tax status.
A duly completed and signed Supplier Registration Form (Annex A).
CVs of the key experts who will provide the services.
A duly signed Technical Specification (Annex B).
A duly signed Financial Proposal (Annex C).
An approach to the task execution.
Written consent to adhere to the professional ethics and internal policies of the NGO "Divchata," as well as the principles of "Do No Harm," confidentiality, informed consent, data anonymization, safe moderation and discussion of sensitive topics, and the referral of participants to available services if needed.
