NGO “Girls” invites you to submit a proposal for the services of a lecturer on sexual and reproductive health and gender-based violence.
The project “Providing integrated protection assistance and cash support for persons living in frontline areas, vulnerable IDPs, women, children and families in the northern, eastern and southern regions of Ukraine (SP1, SP2, SP4)” is implemented by NGO “Girls” with financial support from the Humanitarian Fund for Ukraine.
This Request for Proposal is announced for the purpose of concluding a contract for the procurement of the services of a lecturer on sexual and reproductive health and gender-based violence with the details set out in the Terms of Reference, which is an integral part of this Request.
Please submit a proposal containing the following list of documents:
A valid document on state registration.
A valid document confirming the participant's presence on the relevant taxation system.
A duly completed and signed Supplier Registration Form (Annex A).
A CV of key experts who will provide the services.
A duly signed Technical Specification (Annex B).
A duly signed Financial Proposal (Annex C).
Copies of diplomas of key experts who will provide the services.
Copies of certificates (if any) of key experts who will provide the services.
Reference letters and/or copies of contracts for the provision of similar services, confirming relevant experience in performing the works that are the subject of the procurement.
