NGO "GIRLS" INVITES YOU TO SUBMIT AN APPLICATION TO PARTICIPATE IN THE TENDER FOR THE PURCHASE OF HYGIENE KITS
The project is funded with the support of UK aid from the UK government, implemented by the NGO "Divchata" within the framework of the National PULSE Consortium under the coordination of the Right to Protection Foundation. Support for this project in Ukraine from the UK government is provided through the SHARP component of its Humanitarian Assistance, Recovery and Protection Programme.
Complete applications should be submitted in Ukrainian in one copy to the email address [email protected] with the subject line "Tender No.PF.FCDO-Girls-2026-002 Закупівля гігієнічних наборів: ЛОТ____" no later than 23:59, April 23, 2026.
The tenderer may submit only one offer, which must meet the requirements set out in this ITB Invitation to Tender.
The procurement consists of TWO LOTS. The tenderer may submit his offer for any LOT.
LOT 1. KITS FOR REPRODUCTIVE AGE - 420 sets.
LOT 2. KITS FOR WOMEN AGED 55+ - 180 sets.
The list and technical characteristics of the required goods are given in the Technical Specifications, which is an integral part of this ITB Invitation to Tender.
Delivery addresses: according to the Logistics Plan.
Required list of documents for participation in the tender:
A valid document on state registration.
A valid document confirming the participant's presence on the relevant taxation system.
A duly completed and signed Supplier Registration Form (Annex A).
A duly signed Financial Proposal (Annex B).
Copies of documents confirming the quality and safety of the proposed goods, to the goods that require it in the Technical Terms of Reference of this Invitation.
A minimum of 2 (two) supply contracts for similar goods (hygienic sets) or an information certificate with contacts of previous customers for the last two years, drawn up in any form to demonstrate proven experience in the relevant industry.
